    One great benefit to eating slowly is that you will actually taste your food. When your meal lasts longer, you’ll experience more of the flavors, textures and aromas of the food you eat. You'll learn to appreciate your food more.

  • Avoid overeating!

    It takes your stomach about 20 minutes to tell your brain that you're full. If you slow down, you give yourself more time to feel full and stop before you are "stuffed"!

  • Take in less calories!
